Introducing Spring Blossoms and Single Fancy Frame

Welcome to the Inspired by Stamping April Release Countdown! Today’s the day where we get to share cards using the two new sets, Spring Blossoms and Single Fancy Frame. We have lots to share so let’s get started!

Inspired by Stamping Spring Blossoms Joanna Munster

I paired up three Inspired by Stamping sets, Vintage Backgrounds, Spring Blossoms and a peek at our Big Wishes II set (more on that gorgeous set later this week!)

Inspired by Stamping Big Wishes II

Our new addition to our Big Series takes center stage and is a main focal point for all your cards and projects.

We have created cut files for our each of our new sets this month also. Perfect for quick stamping. I then colored each flower with some Spectrum Noir markers. My latest purchase. 😉

Inspired by Stamping Vintage Backgrounds

For perfect alignment of my background stamp, I used my Stamp-A-Ma-Jig. It still comes in handy for the larger sets.

My second card features the vases that comes with this set plus the hyacinths and lily of the valley flowers.

Inspired by Stamping

I stamped my vase and again colored it with markers. I then colored and layered the flowers to make a pretty bouquet of flowers.

Here is a close up of each flower. Because the cuts are close to the stamp image, I grab my Stamp-A-Ma-Jig. I place a small amount of tape under the paper so it doesn’t move and then place the stamp-a-ma-jig over it. This saves so much time and paper.

Inspired by Stamping Spring Blossoms

To finish my 4×4 card, I stamped “Happy Mother’s Day on lined paper. This sentiment can be found in this new set too. Twine and a button were added to each corner.

For my next card, I went shabby chic. I first cut out our Fancy Labels 1 die for the background of my flower bouquet.

Inspired by Stamping Spring Blossoms (4)

When I cut items from the Silhouette, I always cut extras. It’s so important too when you stamp on them wrong. You can click here to see how I store my extra cuts. After stamping my images, I colored them again with markers in different colors. I tied a perfect bow using my bow maker, click here to see that video.

Inspired by Stamping Spring Blossoms (5)

I layered my sentiment using our Fancy Labels 1 die.”For You!” sentiment can also be found in this new set!

Inspired by Stamping Spring Blossoms (3)

I added some of our Vintage Crochet Trim behind the die. And some new flourishes that I am testing. I kinda like these little ones.

Inspired by Stamping Big Notes

For my last card today featuring the Spring Blossoms set, I made a CAS card featuring bright spring colors.

Inspired by Stamping Spring Blossoms

I embossed the white cardstock and then stamped “Just a note” from our Big Notes stamp set. Each flower was again stamped and colored using markers. I then added a strip of Seam Binding Ribbon and tied a perfect bow.

Inspired by Stamping Single Fancy Frame

My first card features our new Single Fancy Frame stamp set! This set comes with a free Nestie die cut frames in a variety of sizes. These will can be download at our store as a .svg or .sil file. Perfect for stamping and layering with different colors too!

Inpsired by Stamping Washi Tape

My card also shares a sneak peek of the new Washi Tape stamp set that will also be available on April 10th! I stamped the Washi Tape and created my own background! I then added a strip of kraft cardstock and some Scallop Border Crochet Trim with an IBS flower and twine.

Inspired by Stamping Single Fancy Frame and Fancy Sentiments

I stamped my frame in olive green ink. “Thinking of You” sentiment fits perfectly in our frame and can be found in the Fancy Sentiments stamp set.

Inspired by Stamping CAS

This stamp is so versatile that you can also create masculine cards with it! There are also a few peeks of our Washi Tape as well.

Inspired by Stamping Single Fancy Frame, Washi Tape, Big Wishes

I stamped the frame in navy blue ink. (Don’t forget to use your stamp-a-ma-jig for perfect alignment with your cut out.) I then stamped “Happy Birthday” in the center from Big Wishes stamp set.

Here is a close up of the frame!

Inspired by Stamping Fancy Sentiments, Single Fancy Frame, Whimsical Banners

I have one more card to share today! This one features a peek of our Whimsical Banners set, Single Fancy Frame set and Heartfelt Gratitude stamp set.

Inspired by Stamping Whimsical Banners

I created another great topper for the top of my card using Scallop Border Crochet Trim, twine and a button. I also stamped these pennants from the Whimsical Banner set.

Inspired by Stamping Single Fancy Frame and Whimsical Banners

I stamped my frame in light turquoise ink. Most of our sentiments will fit inside this frame. This sentiment comes from our Heartfelt Gratitude set.

I hope you have enjoyed all of my cards today! I have enjoyed creating with these two new sets!
