Introducing Creative Tags and Words of Inspiration

Beautiful tags and banners are popping up everywhere! And so are inspirational quotes for your cards too! We love the way our new tags can be used for parties, weddings or an added vintage twist to them! We are excited to share today’s inspirations!

My first card is filled with the new tag images! I had so much fun with this card! Each sentiment fits inside the tags. Today, I am sharing my card using them hanging on a clothesline.

Each tag was first cut out using the Silhouette. I then stamped the tags using different colors and added the sentiments. I punched a hole in the center of each tag and tied it using some Baker’s twine.

My second card is a fun CAS card! I love the effect! First, I stamped each tag in the center of my cardstock. I then added the sentiments to the center of each tag.

Next, I stamped my “Happy Birthday” sentiment and then grabbed a ruler and a black pen to create a box around the tags.

My next project is this cute bird cage that I have had for awhile now but thought the Creative Tags set would look great with it! I am going to put this in my office!

I stamped each tag with kraft ink and then added a letter from the Fancy Alphabet set on each tag to spell “Create”. I then added these large flowers to the corner of the banners.

I also added some large paper flowers to the top of my bird cage.

I was so inspired by our designers that I just had to try the chalkboard technique using a different color! Although our challenge is over, click here for inspiration and a video on how to create this technique.

I first stamped my tags and then punched little holes on each side so that they would lay flat.

Big Notes III is a peek of our new set that will be available April 10th! I embossed my sentiment with blue embossing powder.

Lastly, I grabbed a dauber and sponged all around to create a more chalkboard feel to my card.

Mother’s Day is fast approaching and I thought I would create my Mother’s Day card a little early.

I first embossed the background with music and dabbed the edges for a shabby chic feel. I then cut out an oval shape for my tags to sit on and stamped each one in light pink ink. The alphabet comes from the Fancy Alphabet stamp set.

I then added lots of Inspired by Stamping Flowers to dress up the corner of my card. I hope my Mom likes her card. 🙂

I adore this set! It is filled with such uplifting quotes and verses! Here is one that I used on my first card today.

I embossed my sentiment using white embossing power and then cut it out with a rectangle die. A white pen created these lines around my sentiment.

Finally, I added some Shabby Flowers and Black Seam Binding Ribbon from the Inspired by Stamping store.

For my second project, I decorated this cute little window box frame using the Words of Inspiration and Whimsical Banners sets.

I didn’t realize how difficult it would be to take a photo inside a black box before. Sorry. But here is a close up of the sentiment.

Here is another photo of my box. This will be going up in the girls bathroom this weekend.
